At Hubertus Stuben we honor wild and game and seasonality of products in our menu. We aim to source as much as possible from the local area of hunters and foragers, including river trout, deer, poultry etc. all our local farmers are mentioned in the menu

Our menu is based on classic Bavarian cooking tradition with influences of new techniques and the talent of our head chef.
